Good Thinking:

Using tools from Cognitive Therapy  to overcome unhealthy life patterns

Don’t believe everything you think!

Cognitive Therapy is one of the most popular models of psychological therapy and is based on the idea that our thoughts are central to the way we feel and behave.

By learning to identify and challenge our hidden, “automatic” thoughts we can train our thinking patterns to become more accurate and helpful, which will transform how we feel, act and relate to others.

This seminar will cover the rationale for Cognitive Therapy, specific cognitive techniques and practical exercises, and is suitable for anyone aged 13 or up who wants to develop some valuable life skills.
